Return Policy – Hearthside Creations
I offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing & Shipping Times
Because my items are handmade, processing times may vary depending on availability and order type.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
All items shown online and available are ready to go and typically ship within 3–5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me before purchasing to request expedited shipping.
Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order items require additional time. Most custom orders are completed and shipped within 1–2 weeks, depending on the style of the bag and the materials needed to create it. I will always communicate any delays if they arise.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because my items are handmade, I do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalized orders
Custom color requests (all custom orders are considered final sale)
Before beginning any custom order, I will confirm details such as color, size, and style with you. Once approved, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.
Each piece is individually crafted, so slight variations in size, texture, and color may occur. These are a natural part of handmade items and are not considered defects.
I also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
